Isabell Gasteiger – Founder and Managing Director, Eagleeye Aviation
Isabell Gasteiger, the visionary founder and Managing Director of Eagleeye Aviation, brings more than 15 years of specialized experience in aviation Compliance and Safety Management, with a strong focus on Continuing Airworthiness Management across both business and commercial aviation sectors.
As graduate of FH Joanneum with a degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Isabell embarked on her professional journey in aviation in 2011. Over the years, she has accumulated a wealth of technical knowledge and leadership experience, holding critical positions that have shaped the operational and regulatory landscapes of the organizations she has worked with.
Early in her career, at companies such as AirBerlin Group, Isabell was entrusted with responsibilities spanning the full spectrum of CAMO functions. She managed system and structure engineering, maintenance scheduling, aircraft phase-ins and phase-outs, technical record keeping and AOG coordination, demonstrating both technical acumen and operational leadership.
From 2015 to 2024, Isabell continued her career at Primus Aero, initially joining as an Airworthiness Engineer for various business aircraft. Later she advanced to the role of Head of Compliance and Safety Management, where she built and led a high-performing team of safety and compliance experts. Under her leadership, the team developed and implemented programs covering safety standards and regulatory compliance for different regulatory frameworks for various operators, supported clients with the establishment of customized Manuals for their operation around the world, for both fixed- and rotary-wing aircraft. Additionally, Isabell ensured that operations remained fully compliant within Primus but also for multiple operators at different aviation authorities and registry jurisdictions, providing expert guidance and support across complex regulatory frameworks.
Following her tenure at Primus Aero, Isabell focused on realizing her vision through Eagleeye Aviation.
